How do I know what to order?

You choose from our catalog based on what you think your customers will want. Over time, the data from your sales helps you refine what works at your specific venue.

What happens if products don't sell?

We offer a swap policy. If something isn't moving, we'll exchange it for another product on your next delivery so you don't sit on dead inventory.

How often do you deliver?

As often as your sales require. High-volume venues might get deliveries multiple times a week. Lower-volume venues might be every couple weeks. We adjust to match what you actually need.

How do customers pay?

They scan a QR code on the cabinet door with their phone. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card. No app or account needed.

What if a customer has a problem?

Our support team handles all customer issues directly. Refunds, cabinet questions, payment problems — they go through us, not you.

Do I need internet at my location?

Yes — the cabinet uses your venue's WiFi or a cellular connection we provide.

How big is the cabinet?

Standard upright cooler dimensions, similar to what you'd see in a convenience store. We share exact specs during onboarding.

What if I want to remove it?

You can ask us to take it back at any time. No long-term contract, no removal fees.

When do I get paid?

Sales are deposited weekly to your bank account.

Are there any monthly fees?

None. The only cost is the inventory you order.
